Year 7 Appeals Process

If you were not allocated a place at Moor Park High School and Sixth Form:

Waiting List – via the area education office

You can apply to be put on a waiting list. These lists can be quite long, but some pupils may be allocated places from them as pupils may move away at short notice or not take up the offered place for other reasons. You can click on the button below to complete the form.

Completed waiting list forms should not be returned to school, but to the area education office  by Monday 8th March 2021

Appeal

You can also appeal the decision. This is done by completing the appeal form and consent form using the below buttons.

The completed forms are then returned to Moor Park High School and Sixth Form no later than Friday 26th of March 2021. The appeals will then be heard in the summer term at Lancashire County Council.

You can do either process or both.

Year 7 Waiting List
Please note that the school does not operate a waiting list. However, the Area Education Office maintains a waiting list for the Autumn Term only (Sept – Dec).
