Russell Davis, a criminal barrister with over 20 years’ experience, visited the Sixth Form in November to speak to our Law students.
He talked about the many cases he has worked on and provided a fascinating insight into how they were fought in the law courts. Russell also shed light on the attributes required of a barrister who defends serious criminals.
Students asked questions about how the role has affected his personal life and how he feels about defending guilty criminals.
This was an informative and entertaining presentation full of absorbing anecdotes about a life practising law. Our students were very grateful to Russell for his time.
